Programul Piperea

1. Criza economica actuala poate scoate in evidenta ceea ce e mai rau din om : intoleranta, xenofobia si fascismul. Scapata de sub control, criza economica poate genera un regim autoritar, dar democratia lupta contra crizelor cu forta dreptului si nu cu ura.
Romanii trebuie sa fie toleranti cu minoritatile de orice fel din propria tara, caci s-a vazut in cei doi ani trecuti de la integrarea Romaniei in UE ce se poate intampla cand alti cetateni sau alte state din Uniunea Europeana sunt intoleranti cu imigrantii romani si cu cetatenii romani, in general.
in Romania, respingerea tiganilor si dispretul fata de acestia nu sunt inca probleme grave.
Cu exceptia unor organizatii politice si religioase radicale, societatea civila in Romania nu este atat de ostila cum ar putea parea fata de homosexuali.

2. Asa cum nu exista drepturi colective, nu exista nici raspundere colectiva. in definitiv, nu ai alegerea familiei si a „rasei” in care sa te nasti, dar ai alegerea daca sa respecti legea sau sa o incalci. De aceea, exista raspundere juridica si de aceea exista pacat.   

3. Discriminarea in materie de minoritati, inclusiv cea pozitiva, trebuie combatuta cu mijloace democratice de Statul roman.
Concret, consider ca ar trebui acordata deplina autonomie culturala cetatenilor romani de etnie maghiara, inclusiv sub forma scolilor in limba lor materna, dar trebuie ferm refuzat pretinsul drept colectiv la independenta teritoriala. Drepturile individuale ale acestor cetateni romani, inclusiv dreptul la autonomie financiara regionala, trebuie acordate in aceleasi conditii in care aceste drepturi sunt acordate si cetatenilor romani majoritari, fara discriminare.

4. O moda a ultimilor doi ani, de cand Romania este membru al Uniunii Europene, iar cetatenii romani sunt identificati cu tiganii romani si, deci, sunt discriminati ca atare ori persecutati, este sa iti afisezi atitudinea anti-tigan. Este modalitatea precara si un pic infantila in care romanul obisnuit sau romanul-vedeta incearca sa probeze ca romanul nu e tigan. Dar tiganul roman este cetatean roman.
Homosexualii beneficiaza in prezent de dezincriminarea infractiuni de homosexualitate, ceea ce a atenuat intr-o mica masura reactia ostila a societatii romanesti la adresa lor. Dar drepturile homosexualilor nu sunt pe deplin recunoscute. in plus, o reactie a societatii, de sanctiune penala a insusi faptului de a fi homosexual, a fost inlocuita cu o mult mai severa reactie de sanctiune etica sau de excludere sociala. Dar homosexualitatea este un fapt pentru orice stat al lumii si, deci, si pentru Romania.

Romania inca nu accepta legalizarea uniunii consensuale intre persoane de acelasi sex, desi aceasta este legala in multe tari importante din Uniunea Europeana si, in plus, in Romania, ea ar putea fi o solutie la existenta copiilor institutionalizati sau abuzati, tot mai multi in Romania si cu tot mai putina speranta de a deveni oameni normali.
in fine, la mai mult de 60 ani de la cel de-al doilea razboi mondial, Romania inca nu a recunoscut pogromurile evreiesti si tiganesti de care s-a facut vinovat Statul roman in acel trecut intunecat si inca nu s-a construit un muzeu al holocaustului. Poate ca a venit momentul pentru expiatiunea Romaniei pentru acest pacat.
Este, cu siguranta, momentul ca Romania sa se arate lumii in postura ei obisnuita de tara toleranta, in care minoritatile sunt la ele acasa.

  Din pacate nu cred intr-o Romanie cu ochii si sufletul deschis, nici macar intr-un viitor indepartat. Mintea romanilor este stransa ca o scoica, iar fudulii si prostii sunt la ei acasa. Romania nu va putea sa accepte termeni ca homosexualitatea, sau integrarea cetatenilor de etnii straine, atata timp cat nu le cunoaste sensul. Termenul "multicultural" nu este definit in adevaratul lui sens nici macar in fata autoritatilor de specialitate. Ce se intampla in sanul organizatiilor care ar trebui sa ne conduca este rusinos. Nu exista lege care sa reglementeze notiunile de promovare a diversitatii culturale sau a multilingvismului in aceasta tara, in scoli nu li se explica copiilor termenul de toleranta, iar formatorii de educatie sunt complet ignorati si inlaturati cand vine vorba de drepturile lor.
  Totul pleaca din scoala. Educatorilor si invatatorilor li se cere de la an la an o formare continua, inca un curs, inca un master, inca niste studii care sa ii califice pentru acele...
